Product Manager, WonsultingAI

Job Type: Part Time, 10 hours per week, $20 - $40 / hr, pending experience

Target Start: October 2026

WonsultingAI helps job seekers take meaningful steps toward their next job. We are looking for a Product Manager whose primary goal is to grow revenue from our product business.

You will assess how our products perform today, identify where customers lose value or leave before paying or renewing, and guide engineering toward the changes with the greatest revenue potential. This role calls for strong judgment about our existing roadmap and products.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current roadmap and each product journey across Resume AI, Network AI, Job Board AI, AutoApply, and the Job Search Plan. Recommend what to continue, change, or stop.
• Establish a clear baseline for product revenue, paid conversion, renewals, churn, and customer behavior. Identify the gaps that have the greatest potential to grow recurring revenue.
• Combine product data with customer interviews, support feedback, and cancellation reasons to understand why those gaps exist.
• Size and rank opportunities by expected revenue impact, strength of evidence, and effort required. Present a focused roadmap with clear reasons for each priority.
• Turn the highest priority problems into requirements and success criteria. Work closely with engineering and design to choose the right scope, guide delivery, and test the customer experience.
• Measure what happens after launch, including whether a change improved customer outcomes and revenue. Use those results to decide what to improve next.
• Give the founders a weekly view of revenue performance, the biggest opportunities, progress on the roadmap, and decisions that need their input.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience improving revenue, conversion, or retention in a consumer software or subscription product.
• Ability to assess an existing product and roadmap, find the underlying problems, and make clear prioritization decisions.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with funnels, customer cohorts, and imperfect data.
• Experience speaking with customers and turning their feedback into product decisions.
• Ability to guide engineering and design with clear problems and measurable goals.
• Clear communication and ownership from diagnosis through delivery and measurement.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will establish a reliable view of how our products perform, identify and size the largest revenue opportunities, recommend changes to the roadmap, and work with engineering to ship the first improvements. You will then show what those changes did for customers and for revenue.
