Part-Time Operations Administrator
Due to continued business growth, Treatment 4 Water is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Administrator to join our small but friendly team in Binfield. This is a brand-new role offering the opportunity to become an integral part of the business, supporting our Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of operations department. Key Responsibilities Duties will include, but are not limited to: Processing customer orders from placement through to dispatch Liaising with third-party suppliers, including couriers and manufacturing warehouses Handling customer queries relating to orders and dispatch Acting as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls Carrying out general administration duties, including: Ordering office supplies Ordering test kits and customer supplies as required About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience in an administrative role Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service Is organised, quick-thinking, and able to multitask Has strong attention to detail Is confident using Microsoft Excel Ideally has experience using CRM systems What We Offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata) A supportive and friendly working environment within a growing business About Treatment4Water Treatment4Water Ltd is an independent UK manufacturer and supplier of specialist water treatment and water hygiene chemicals.
