We are expanding and are seeking an ambitious Medical Recruiter to help us build and scale complete care teams that serve our growing patient base. What is a “Care Team”? A Care Team consists of: 1. One Collaborative Physician (MD/DO) Provides chart oversight Reviews and signs orders Minimal administrative time Not patient-facing 2. One Patient-Facing PA or NP Conducts telemedicine consults Prescribes medications Orders blood work Manages patient care Each Care Team supports 50–100 patients . Our organizational goal is to build 2 fully staffed care teams . Patient Plans & Revenue Model MultiGen Wellness offers two main patient plans: 1. Annual Upfront Plan 20% of leads sign up Higher immediate revenue 2. Monthly Plan – $97/appt 80% of leads sign up Recurring monthly revenue This blended conversion rate creates predictable and growing long-term income for the recruiter, because you earn 4% of ALL revenue generated by the patients of the providers you recruit. Example Earnings From One Care Team Let’s run realistic numbers: Care Team Load: 50–100 patients Revenue Per Patient: 20% Annual Plan: Average ~$2,000 upfront 80% Monthly Plan: $97/month = $1,164/year If a Care Team Manages 100 Patients: 20 annual-plan patients → 20 × $2,000 = $40,000/year 80 monthly-plan patients → 80 × $1,164 = $93,120/year Total Revenue Per Care Team: ➡ $133,120 per year Recruiter Compensation (4%): ➡ $5,324.80 per year per care team If You Recruit 2 Care Teams (Org Goal): ➡ $10,649.60/year Passive income… every year… as long as providers remain in production. How Your Income Grows Over Time Your earning potential grows in three phases : Phase 1 – Recruiting Providers You locate, screen, and recruit MDs, DOs, PAs, and NPs for the care teams. No income yet — but the foundation is built. Phase 2 – Onboarding & Training MultiGen Wellness teams train them on workflow, charting, EMR, telemedicine, and hormone protocols. Phase 3 – Production Begins Once marketing fills their patient panels and providers begin treating patients, your revenue begins. Ongoing Residual Income: As long as those providers continue treating patients, you earn 4% monthly and annually on all patient revenue tied to those clinicians. As you recruit more providers (replacing providers, expanding teams, future locations), your revenue compounds . This can become significant long-term monthly income with very little ongoing effort.
