This is a collaborative, hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and helping bring marketing ideas and initiatives to life. You’ll work closely with members of our marketing and leadership team, with ongoing guidance and support as you learn the role and help coordinate our efforts. Because this position includes communication with referral sources, community partners, and other professionals, we’re looking for someone who is warm, outgoing, professional, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people . Strong communication and the ability to develop positive working relationships are especially important. What You'll Do - Help coordinate marketing and community outreach initiatives - Communicate with referral sources, community organizations, and other professional contacts by phone, email, and in person - Assist with developing and distributing marketing materials, email communications, and other outreach content - Help research and identify potential outreach and partnership opportunities - Keep marketing projects, contacts, and follow-ups organized - Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support research, content development, organization, and day-to-day marketing tasks - Assist with occasional community events and networking opportunities - Collaborate with the marketing team on new ideas and ongoing projects What We're Looking For - Exceptionally friendly, personable, and comfortable connecting with new people - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized, dependable, and attentive to detail - Able to manage tasks and follow through consistently - Comfortable with technology and proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT - A collaborative working style and openness to feedback and guidance - Strong written communication skills - Prior experience in marketing, outreach, healthcare, behavioral health, or a related area is helpful, but not required We're especially interested in finding someone who brings warmth, initiative, organization, and a positive attitude to the team. You do not need to come in knowing everything. We value someone who communicates well, learns quickly, and enjoys working collaboratively.
