The selected candidate will provide advice mainly related to: Property rental and tenancy disputes Tenant disputes and legal notices Outstanding rent and bad-debt tenant settlement Lease agreement-related legal matters Tenant eviction and property handover matters Rental payment disputes and recovery procedures Review of tenancy agreements, notices, and settlement documents Guidance on appropriate legal action against defaulting tenants Providing advice based on applicable Oman Property, Real Estate, Tenancy and Commercial Laws Advising the management on proper legal procedures before taking action against tenants General legal consultation related to property management and leasing activities Candidate Requirements: Qualified Lawyer / Legal Consultant in Oman Good knowledge of Oman Real Estate, Property and Tenancy Laws Experience in rental disputes, landlord–tenant matters, debt recovery, or property-related legal cases Strong understanding of legal notices, lease agreements, and dispute settlement procedures Good communication and documentation skills Previous experience working with property management companies will be an advantage Ability to provide practical and timely legal advice Pay: From RO100.000 per month Work Location: In person
