About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Jewelry Operations/ Production Manager to support the day-to-day operations of Pavé The Way® Jewelry. This part-time role (15 hours/week) involves managing website maintenance, jewelry production, order fulfillment, and communication with retail partners.

You will work closely with external jewelers, stringers, and casters, while also managing Shopify, inventory, and photography/photo editing for product listings. Flexibility, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify store, including website updates, inventory, and order fulfillment
• Oversee jewelry production , including weekly visits to the Diamond District and coordination with external casters, stringers, and artisans
• Track production costs and inventory , ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate with retail partners that carry Pavé The Way® Jewelry
• Photograph jewelry products and edit images for online and marketing use (Photoshop preferred)
• Create and maintain organizational systems for orders, inventory, and production
• Collaborate on marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Proactively identify and solve operational challenges
• Support marketing and sales operations including coordinating marketing initiatives, preparing sales materials, and assisting with day-to-day sales and customer outreach needs

Requirements

• Strong Shopify experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of jewelry production, inventory management, and cost tracking
• Basic photography and photo editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Support trunk shows and special events on an occasional basis, including some evening events and weekend evening events (only a handful per year)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Flexible and proactive attitude
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions on the spot
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
