We're now seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused Part-Time HR Administrator to join our HR team and provide high-quality HR support across the business. Your Role: Working as part of the HR team, you will provide day-to-day HR administration and support across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee changes, absence, probation and leavers. This is a varied role where accuracy, organisation and confidentiality are essential. You will work closely with managers and employees across the business, helping to ensure our HR processes, records and documentation are accurate, timely and consistent. For an experienced HR Administrator looking for a part-time position, this role offers exposure to a broad range of HR activities within a busy, growing retail business. What You'll Do: HR Administration & Employee Support - Provide day-to-day administrative support across all HR functions. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR systems and personnel files in line with GDPR requirements. - Prepare contracts of employment, employee letters and other HR correspondence. - Process employee changes and ensure HR systems and documentation are updated accurately. - Support absence, probation, leaver and other employee lifecycle administration. - Respond to routine HR queries from managers and employees in a professional and timely manner. - Take accurate notes at employee meetings, including disciplinary and other formal meetings, when required. - Assist with the review, updating and administration of HR policies and procedures. - Maintain HR trackers and prepare regular HR reports and management information. - Assist with HR data analysis and the preparation of information for management. - Support HR projects and initiatives as required. - Work collaboratively with managers and other departments to support consistent HR processes and a positive employee experience. Recruitment & Onboarding - Support the recruitment process, including posting vacancies, reviewing applications and CVs, and coordinating interviews. - Liaise with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. - Complete reference checks and other required pre-employment checks. - Prepare contracts and new starter documentation. - Coordinate new employee onboarding and induction administration. - Ensure all required pre-employment documentation is received, completed and accurately recorded prior to commencement. - Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records. - Support managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. What We're Looking For: - HR qualification - QQI Level 5 or above. - Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar HR role. - Ideally 1-2 years' relevant HR experience. - Experience within retail, hospitality or another multi-site environment would be an advantage. - Good working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice. - Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. - Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. - Experience using HRIS and recruitment systems; Softworks and Cezanne Recruitment experience would be a distinct advantage. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity. - Ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately to deadlines. - A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving. - A positive team player who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their responsibilities. Working Pattern This is a part-time position working 2-3 full days per week (16-24 hours per week).
