This will start as a flexible part-time role, with lots of room to grow alongside me and the business. I’d love to find someone who can eventually become a trusted right-hand person as the agency continues to scale. What You’ll Help With: Calendar and appointment management Scheduling meetings and managing reminders Light email and administrative support Organizing documents, receipts and files Business errands and purchases Research and information gathering Travel and event coordination Tracking important dates, deadlines and follow-ups Organizing weekly priorities and to-do lists Creating simple systems to keep me organized General executive support as needed Who I’m Looking For: You’re organized, proactive, resourceful, trustworthy and comfortable taking initiative. I’d love someone who can learn how I operate and eventually anticipate what needs to happen without waiting for instructions every step of the way. You don’t need years of Executive Assistant experience. Personality, organization, follow-through, initiative and willingness to learn matter most to me. This could be a great fit for someone looking for a flexible side hustle who is also excited to learn about entrepreneurship, work closely with the CEO of a growing agency and potentially step into a larger role over time. Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Flexible part-time hours Location: North Vancouver / Hybrid Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week Work Location: In person
