Our activities include engineering builds, science experiments, coding, creative problem-solving, and public speaking. We are looking for a proactive, organized person to help more families discover KeenKids and build relationships with schools and community partners. Responsibilities - Generate student inquiries and follow up with interested families. - Develop parent referral initiatives and identify appropriate community outreach opportunities. - Research schools, PTAs, enrichment coordinators, and district contacts. - Send personalized outreach emails and help schedule introductory meetings. - Create simple Canva flyers, program summaries, and social media content. - Maintain a lead tracker and provide a brief weekly report covering outreach, inquiries, meetings, and enrollments. Qualifications - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable speaking with parents, school staff, and community organizations. - Organized, reliable, and proactive with follow-ups. - Basic knowledge of Canva, spreadsheets, email, and social media. - Experience in marketing, sales, education, or community outreach is a plus. Position details - Part-time: approximately 4–6 hours per week to start. - Proposed pay range: $20–$25 per hour, subject to applicable wage requirements. - Initial 30-day paid evaluation period, with continuation based on performance and mutual fit. - Work includes remote tasks and occasional local outreach.
