Due to continued growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part Time Design & Sales Consultant to join our friendly team. This is a varied role that combines working in our welcoming Audenshaw showroom with visiting customers in their homes. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships and helping customers find the right solutions for their homes, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing You'll spend: · Saturday and Sunday in our showroom , meeting customers as they begin their home improvement journey, offering advice on our products, preparing quotations during their visit, and arranging follow-up appointments to help bring their ideas to life. · One weekday, with some flexibility on which day is worked each week, carrying out pre-booked customer appointments and field visits , meeting homeowners, discussing their requirements and providing tailored quotations. · Additional days may be available during busier periods , holiday cover or special events. No two days are the same. One moment you'll be helping a customer choose the perfect front door, and the next you'll be discussing a conservatory project or arranging a follow-up appointment. Key Responsibilities Welcoming customers into our showroom and creating a positive first impression. Building rapport with homeowners and understanding their needs. Providing advice on our range of windows, doors, conservatories and home improvement products. Conducting pre-arranged customer appointments and surveys. Preparing quotations and following up enquiries. Maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout the sales journey. Working towards achievable sales targets while always delivering exceptional customer service. Always Representing Droylsden Glass professionally and positively. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident and naturally engaging. Comfortable speaking with people from all backgrounds. Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Organised and able to manage appointments effectively. Motivated by achieving results and earning commission. Experienced in sales, customer service or a similar customer-facing role. A strong communicator who listens and understands customer needs. Holds a Full UK Driving Licence.
