This role will support all areas of the clients' HR department, specifically recruitment efforts, benefits administration, and employee relations. A superb opportunity for a a career non-profit HR professional looking for an encore career. Hours are flexible during regular business hours and approximately 5-7 hours/week. Responsibilities Include: - Assess and support client HR needs - Manage full cycle recruiting efforts for non-profit and for-profit clients - Support performance evaluation and review processes and other employee relations - Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment - Provide general HR oversight and support to broad client base Qualifications Include: - 5+ years of non-profit HR experience at a management level - 3+ year of recruiting experience - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Top-notch communication skills - Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook - A Bachelor's Degree Compensation: - 35/hr+ Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
