BattlePark is looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Park Manager to lead the daily operations of our combat gaming and entertainment park in Abu Dhabi.

This is an opportunity for a professional who enjoys being on the ground, motivating a team, welcoming guests and turning every visit into an exciting experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead the park’s daily operations, ensuring a safe, efficient and welcoming environment.

Recruit, train, schedule and motivate the team, including supervisors, marshals and guest service staff.

Deliver exceptional experiences for individual players, families and groups of different ages and abilities.

Plan and manage tournaments, competitions, birthday parties, school visits, corporate events and team-building activities.

Drive sales, bookings and customer engagement, while identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Oversee safety procedures, staff briefings, equipment checks and incident response.

Coordinate equipment maintenance, inventory and the upkeep of the park and its facilities.

Manage daily cash handling, operational budgets, reports and performance targets.

Work with management on promotions, partnerships and new ideas that attract visitors and keep them coming back.

What we’re looking for:

At least 3–5 years of operational management experience in an entertainment venue, adventure park, sports facility or similar environment.

A confident, approachable leader who knows how to build and motivate a strong team.

A hands-on, energetic personality with a passion for sports, gaming and entertainment.

Strong organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills.

Commercial awareness and the ability to support sales and business growth.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Experience in paintball, airsoft, laser tag, tactical or online gaming is an advantage.

UAE experience and first-aid certification are preferred.
