This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys meaningful client service, careful document preparation, and helping individuals and families plan for the future. Responsibilities may include: - Preparing and organizing estate planning documents and client files - Assisting with client intake, scheduling, and follow-up - Gathering information and coordinating with clients, family members, and outside professionals - Supporting Attorney with research, case preparation, and administrative tasks - Handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion We're looking for someone who has: - Strong organization, writing, and communication skills - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines - A warm, respectful approach to working with older adults and families - Paralegal experience or relevant legal training; estate planning or elder law experience is a plus - Sound judgement and a commitment to confidentiality Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: - 401(k) matching - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off Work Location: In person
