Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead. We’re looking to add to our team to support our growth in the North American market - you would focus on lead generation and running of Paid Social campaigns . * Full remote from South or Central America * - Freelance Your missions: - Manage high-budget advertising campaigns (+100k$/month) on various platforms with a strong focus on Meta for various clients & verticals - Track and analyze performance (revenue, margin and quality) within your portfolio (20-25 clients) and continuously improve campaign performance - Harness data to continuously improve quality, volume and revenue - Test, learn, and iterate on new use cases to find the best ways to improve the existing advertising strategies - Work with other teams (Sales, Operations) to build and operate acquisition funnels.
