About the Role We’re looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our Performance Marketing team on a 14-month contract. You’ll help manage the day-to-day of our Google, Bing, TikTok, Meta, Reddit and X campaigns across the US, Canada, UK and Australia. This is a hands-on role. You’ll launch ads, keep campaigns healthy, and help drive revenue for the brand. - Role: Paid Media Coordinator - Type: 14-month contract (January 2027 – February 2028), full-time - Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PT - Location: Vancouver, BC (hybrid, 1–2 days a week in office) - Team: Performance Marketing Responsibilities - Launch Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen ads across Google and Bing - Support ad launches on Meta, TikTok, X and Reddit as needed - Run keyword research, search term reviews and negative keyword hygiene - Write and refresh ad copy, extensions and asset groups in the Monos voice - Pull ad hoc performance reports with clear takeaways - Keep an eye on platform updates and bring new ideas to the team Experience Level - 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, in-house or at an agency - Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) - Proven ability to launch Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen ads - Experience launching Meta and TikTok ads - Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills and a head for numbers - Clear, concise written communication - Ecommerce or DTC experience is a strong plus - Strong work ethic and drive to succeed Bonus points if you have skills in: - Experience with Google Ads Editor or Microsoft Ads Editor - Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising certifications - Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager or Google Merchant Center (GMC) - Experience setting up ads across multiple countries and accounts Who You Are - Detail-obsessed.
