We are TGP, an independent, family-run business specialising in thoughtful gift hampers and workplace snacks, delivered to customers across the UK.
We're looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Packing & Fulfilment Assistant to join our small, friendly team.
This is a varied role involving preparing beautiful gift hampers, assembling office snack boxes, picking and packing online orders, and helping with the day-to-day running of our warehouse.
We're looking for someone who enjoys practical work, has a good eye for detail and takes pride in making sure every order leaves us looking its best.
For the right person, there is also an opportunity to develop into a management role over time, with further training and additional responsibilities.

- Carry out quality checks before orders are dispatched.
- Prepare parcels for collection by Royal Mail, DPD and other couriers.
- Assist with stock counts, inventory management and replenishment.
- Keep the warehouse, packing stations and storage areas clean, tidy and organised.
- Support the wider team during busy periods, particularly the Christmas gifting season.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in packing, order fulfilment, warehouse operations or a similar hands-on role is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when packing and presenting gift hampers.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for processing orders and managing stock.
- Physically comfortable with standing, moving stock and lifting boxes as part of daily duties.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a small team.
- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
- An interest in learning new skills and potentially taking on greater responsibility.
Experience in e-commerce fulfilment, gift packing or food handling would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
What We Offer
- A friendly, supportive working environment within a small, family-run business.
- A varied role where no two days are quite the same.
- Full training in our products, packing processes and fulfilment systems.
- The opportunity to develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities over time.
- Potential progression into a Warehouse Manager role, with further training and development for the right candidate.
- Staff discount on our products.
Working Hours & Additional Information
Some flexibility to work additional hours may be required during our peak seasonal periods, particularly in the run-up to Christmas. Any additional hours will be discussed in advance.
