P2P SAP Key User

We are currently recruiting for an international e-commerce organization looking for a P2P SAP Key User to act as the bridge between business operations and technology teams.

In this role, you will work closely with Procure-to-Pay stakeholders to identify operational challenges, analyze process inefficiencies, and translate business needs into clear requirements for SAP and IT teams. You will play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting SAP S/4HANA initiatives, and ensuring that solutions delivered by technical teams address real business needs.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong SAP process knowledge with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the main point of contact between P2P business teams and SAP/IT teams.
• Identify recurring operational issues and process bottlenecks within Procure-to-Pay activities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Support SAP S/4HANA enhancements, change requests, testing activities, and process improvements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions with end users.
• Monitor incidents and follow up on issue resolution with technology teams.
• Provide guidance and support to business users on SAP-related processes and functionalities.
• Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and invoice management processes.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with business needs while maintaining process standardization.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchasing, goods receipt, invoice management, and supplier-related activities.
• Experience acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Exposure to testing activities, change requests, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Familiarity with SAP MM and related procurement processes.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps or similar ticketing/project management tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or rollout projects.
• Exposure to Coupa, OpenText VIM, Ariba, or other procurement solutions.
• Previous experience in a Shared Services, GBS, Capability Center, Retail, or E-commerce environment.
