Our client seeks a specific skillset to join its highly regarded APAC Value Creation team. If you have experience at a top 3 (MBB) Strategy Consulting firm and have gone on to gain hands on experience in an SME or corporation, either running a P&L, or performing turnaround and performance improvement projects, this is a great opportunity to build your career.

The Position:

• Work closely with Investment teams on pre deal value creation plans
• Communicate and plan the value creation plans with Portfolio company leadership
• Establish and execute the plan for value delivery, turnaround actions and performance improvement within the portfolio
• Identify top and bottom line improvements that deliver operational excellence, growth, international expansion, sales and marketing optimisation.
• Prepare detailed exit plans in good time for sales or IPOs.

Requirements:

• Based in Malaysia with fluent English and ideally Mandarin
• 10+ Years’ experience in BOTH top tier strategy consulting AND industry in a leadership role covering topics including growth, P&L management, Transformation.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred from a respected University
• Experience of scaling mid-sized businesses
• Industry experience in either Healthcare, food production, education or tech services would be an advantage.
• A track record in delivering high growth transformations in fast scaling businesses.
