Experience in administration of contracts and claims management relating to EPCI contracts in the Offshore Oil & Gas sector including Large Scale development. Proven track record in successful amicable resolution of contractual disputes. Experience in formal dispute resolution processes e.g. mediation, binding arbitration, litigation.
