# Own Retail Area Manager **밀레코리아** · 서울 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Overall Job Role Purpose To manage and develop Miele's Own Retail operations within an assigned territory, ensuring a sustainable and profitable sales channel that follows global guidelines and delivers a premium retail approach. The Area Manager is responsible for executing excellent customer experiences and maintaining the best brand appearance across all store formats (MEC/SMEC, Points, Outlets, and Concessions). Role & Responsibilities 1. Drive and Shape the Business Develop and implement local Own Retail strategies aligned with global guidelines and cluster objectives, driving sustainable growth and profitability across all store formats Act as a key liaison between stores and cross-functional corporate groups (finance, marketing, merchandising, etc.), representing the territory at Cluster Meetings and ensuring effective communication and collaboration 2. Operational Tasks Monitor and analyze daily sales reports, KPIs, and operational metrics across all stores in the territory, taking immediate action on urgent issues or opportunities Conduct regular store visits (minimum 2 per week) to assess operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance with Miele standards and procedures Manage inventory levels, product mix, and visual merchandising standards across all stores to optimize sales and customer experience Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and training across stores to ensure optimal coverage, efficiency, and consistent delivery of premium customer service 3. Territorial Coverage and Span of Control Responsible for managing all Miele Own Retail operations within an assigned territory within the cluster Typical span of control includes 13~15 stores, depending on geographical spread and store size Expected to travel regularly within the territory to maintain hands-on oversight of all locations 4.
