Overseas Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for mid-to-senior roles (requirement analysis, candidate profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation). Proactively headhunt and build talent pipelines using channels such as LinkedIn, Offertoday, and Boss Zhipin. Research compensation trends and competitor talent dynamics across Hong Kong and Mainland China markets. Handle Hong Kong employment visa applications (e.g., ASMTP, TTPS, IANG) for non-local candidates. Requirements 3+ years of recruitment experience (top-tier headhunting agency or tech/internet background preferred). Strong headhunter mindset, proficient in Boolean search, and experienced in sourcing hard-to-fill niche positions. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese. Familiarity with Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance and immigration visa policies is highly preferred. Pay: $30,000.00 - $41,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
