AVAILABLE POSITION Outlet Manager Lead the restaurant team, drive operational excellence, achieve business goals, and ensure every guest experiences the authentic KyoChon standard of quality and service. RESPONSIBILITIES Business Activities Drive restaurant sales, profitability, and overall business performance. Analyse sales trends and implement action plans to achieve business targets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including sales, food cost, and manpower performance. Coordinate with Headquarters on promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements. Restaurant Operations Oversee the entire restaurant operation during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations. Lead, coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently. Ensure all employees comply with company SOPs, grooming, and uniform standards. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development of restaurant employees. Plan and supervise daily work schedules for kitchen, service, and cleaning teams. Quality, Safety & Inventory Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety compliance. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of stocks and supplies. Manage cash handling procedures, petty cash, and daily closing activities. Provide operational support in any area of the restaurant whenever required to ensure business continuity.
