AVAILABLE POSITION Outlet Manager Lead overall restaurant operations, drive business performance, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining KyoChon’s brand standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Business Activities Assist in analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including staff performance, food cost, and sales analysis. Coordinate with Headquarters on promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and operational improvements. Support implementation of business strategies to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Front & Back-of-House Operations Coordinate the entire restaurant operation during scheduled shifts. Lead, manage, train, and motivate staff while providing continuous feedback and development. Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively. Ensure all employees comply with company SOPs, uniform, and grooming standards. Greet customers and ensure high-quality service experience, including table reservations and guest assistance. Advise customers on menu selections and promote signature items. Support recruitment, training, and development of team members. Organise and supervise shift schedules for kitchen, service, and cleaning teams. Housekeeping & Operations Control Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety compliance. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies and inventory control. Manage daily cash handling, cash drawers, and petty cash procedures. Provide operational support in any area of the restaurant when needed to ensure smooth operations. DAEBAK BENEFITS & REWARDS!
