Responsibilities Lead daily operational activities to ensure efficient outlet workflow and service delivery Plan, schedule, and manage manpower to optimize kiosk performance and customer service Order and control inventory from suppliers to maintain stock levels and minimize waste Resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold high customer satisfaction Conduct orientation and training sessions to onboard and develop new staff effectively Enforce hygiene and cleanliness standards to comply with company and regulatory requirements Prepare stir fry dishes and portion sauces precisely according to company recipes and standards Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by management to support outlet success Preferred competencies and qualifications At least 2 to 3 years of relevant F&B managerial experience demonstrating leadership in a fast-paced environment Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field supporting managerial responsibilities Strong leadership and communication skills to foster teamwork and effective staff management Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced work setting Masters of stir fry · Lovers of WOK HEY · #customizeyourwok · #craftwok · #halalcertified ??
