Outlet Manager
Job Purpose To manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service, product quality, food safety, sales performance, staff discipline, and smooth outlet functioning. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall daily operations of the outlet. Supervise, guide, and coordinate outlet staff and allocate duties/shifts. Ensure proper staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance. Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and outlet expenses. Ensure products are displayed properly and maintain product availability. Monitor product quality, freshness, storage, expiry, and wastage/shrinkage. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. Maintain proper temperature records for refrigerators/freezers and other required checks. Monitor stock levels and prepare/request stock requirements on time. Coordinate with the proproduction, warehouse, accounts, HR, quality, and operations teams when required. Handle customer complaints professionally and take corrective action. Ensure the outlet, equipment, storage areas, and surroundings are clean and well maintained. Monitor opening and closing procedures and ensure proper handover. Ensure company policies, SOPs, and instructions are followed by all employees. Report operational issues, staff concerns, maintenance requirements, and other important matters to the Area Manager. Support the outlet in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction. Conduct regular checks to minimize product wastage, stock discrepancies, and operational losses.
