Technical Consultative Sales: Assist clients in identifying exact replacement components—including engine parts, hydraulic pumps, and undercarriage components for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Scania, Volvo, MAN, CAT, Komatsu, and JCB. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with maintenance managers, workshop supervisors, and procurement heads to secure recurring purchase orders and annual supply agreements. Market Expansion: Identify active project sites, industrial zones, and new customer segments across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Commercial Operations: Deliver timely quotations, handle negotiations in coordination with management, and ensure smooth delivery and payment follow-ups. Candidate Requirements Proven B2B outdoor sales experience within the UAE automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment spare parts sector. Strong technical comprehension of mechanical components, OEM catalogs, and aftermarket cross-referencing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Valid UAE driving license and thorough geographical knowledge of UAE industrial areas (e.g., Ras Al Khor, Al Quoz, Jebel Ali, Sharjah Industrial Areas). Multilingual communication abilities are a strong advantage. What We Offer Competitive salary plus performance-based sales commissions.
