The role is about 90% calling and 10% admin, at roughly 120 to 150 dials a day with a booking conversion target of around 15%. Success in the first 90 days is a steady daily dial rhythm in Close and a consistent flow of booked casting calls that show up for the closers. Requirements - Excellent, natural spoken English. - Proven high-volume cold calling (100+ dials a day), ideally into the US market. - Resilient, upbeat phone manner suited to consumer-style conversations with property owners. - Comfortable working in a CRM dialer; Close experience is a strong plus. - Able to work US Eastern hours from a quiet home setup with stable internet and backup power. - Nice to have: hospitality, travel, real estate or Airbnb hosting background.
