Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Sharon, MA $50–$55/hour | PRN We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN opportunity in Sharon, MA. This role offers scheduling flexibility while allowing you to provide individualized therapy that supports residents in improving everyday function and independence. What You'll Do Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans Provide treatment addressing daily living skills, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance Establish appropriate goals and track resident progress Recommend adaptive strategies and equipment to improve safety and independence Modify treatment approaches based on individual needs Educate residents and caregivers on functional strategies Complete timely clinical documentation Collaborate with COTAs and other healthcare professionals What We Offer $50–$55/hour Flexible PRN opportunity Collaborative rehabilitation environment Varied resident caseload Supportive interdisciplinary team Qualifications Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical and communication skills Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply If you're an OT interested in a flexible opportunity focused on helping residents regain practical skills and independence, we'd love to hear from you.
