The ideal candidate should possess a valid DOH license , strong clinical and surgical expertise, and excellent patient relationship and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Manage fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, arthritis, ligament and tendon injuries. Perform orthopedic surgical procedures within approved clinical privileges. Provide conservative and surgical treatment options based on individual patient needs. Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups. Interpret X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and other diagnostic investigations. Perform joint injections, fracture management, casting/splinting, and other orthopedic procedures as required. Coordinate with physiotherapists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain high standards of patient care, documentation, and DOH compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and contribute to the growth of the Orthopedic Department. Requirements Valid DOH license as Specialist/Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon – mandatory. Arabic speaker – mandatory. Established/good patient base in Abu Dhabi/UAE – highly preferred. Recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery. Relevant experience as an Orthopedic Surgeon. UAE healthcare experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, patient-management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to independently manage outpatient consultations and surgical cases. Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
