Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bilingual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of dental and orthodontic procedures, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. As an integral part of our practice, you will facilitate patient treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and ensure a seamless experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up. Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment options, financial arrangements, and appointment scheduling. - Educate patients on orthodontic procedures, treatment timelines, and post-care instructions with clarity and professionalism. - Coordinate with orthodontists and support staff to schedule appointments efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care. - Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and communicate financial responsibilities clearly to patients. - Maintain compliance with health regulation policies and uphold patient confidentiality at all times. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries promptly and empathetically to foster trust and satisfaction. - Part of the job requires marketing efforts and community outreach Experience - Dental Assistant or front desk experience is required - Previous sales experience is preferred. - Dental knowledge is preferred. - Excellent phone communication skills coupled with the ability to manage client interactions effectively. - Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality while providing outstanding customer service through clear verbal and written communication.
