Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Organizational Development Specialist role based in Nasr City, Cairo. You'll assess organizational structures, processes and culture, and design initiatives that improve effectiveness and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational structures, processes and workflows and recommend improvements
• Develop and update organization charts, job descriptions and job families
• Design and implement performance management frameworks and KPIs
• Build competency models and support job evaluation and grading
• Support change management initiatives and communicate changes effectively
• Identify training needs and support learning and development programs
• Prepare policies, procedures and OD reports for management
• Measure the impact of OD initiatives and track improvement over time

Qualifications

• [2] years of experience in Organizational Development or a related HR function
• Hands-on experience with job descriptions, org structures and job evaluation
• Solid knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Very good English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or a related field
• HR certification (e.g. PHR, CIPD, SHRM) is a plus
