Organizational Development Manager
The Organization Development Manager will lead efforts to enhance organizational learning, employee engagement, and overall performance. This role involves designing and implementing strategies, programs, and initiatives that foster a positive and productive work culture, improve leadership capabilities, and align with the organization's goals. The HR Manager for Organization Development drives change, talent development, and continuous improvement. The position will identify organization-wide goals and priorities for human capital investments and strategy in partnership with the University Leadership team to ensure alignment and develop sustainable systemic change. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a graduate degree in Organization Development, Psychology, or Business Administration is preferred. Training or work experience in Organization Development and Change Management. 2–5 years of relevant experience in Organization Development, Change Management, Human Resource Management, HR/People Analytics, Data Management, or Information Management. Strong competencies in Customer Experience, Document and Records Management, HRIS and Data Management, Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, Time Management, and Working Under Pressure.
