Order Fulfillment Exec

Role Overview

The Order Fulfilment Executive is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are processed, delivered, and invoiced efficiently and accurately. This role is critical to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and requires close collaboration with internal teams including Sales, Sales Support, Product, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer sales orders, ensuring all details are reviewed and verified
• Manage order processing through CRM and internal systems
• Monitor open orders, track progress, and provide timely updates to account managers and customers
• Coordinate the delivery and installation of services for customers
• Identify and resolve any issues related to order fulfilment or service delivery
• Provide administrative support across the business when required
• Manage and respond to requests within a centralised inbox

Skills & Experience

Essential Requirements

• Understanding of order fulfilment processes and customer service best practices
• Previous experience in order fulfilment, customer service, or a sales support/administrative environment
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong data entry and analytical capabilities
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
