Gather and analyze data and translate functional business requirements into technical designs and report specifications. Collaborate with Oracle consultants in report design, Oracle system troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Create, monitor, and manage Oracle ticketing requests from submission and tracking through resolution and closure. Document system issues, troubleshooting steps, solutions, and resolutions to support implementation, compliance, and future reference. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related field 3–5 years of relevant experience in SQL development, Oracle reporting, or related IT functions Proficient in SQL and BI Publisher Knowledge or experience in Oracle systems, report development, and data management is preferred Work Location: In person
