Job Requirements - 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations. - Proven track record leading multi‑module Oracle Cloud HR/Payroll programs from planning to post‑production. - Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, business processes, data flows, and dependencies. - Experience managing distributed or remote teams. - PMP, Scrum Master, or other PM certifications preferred (not required). - Ability to manage executive stakeholders and facilitate complex decision‑making. - Bilingual English/Spanish (highly preferred) . - Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills. - Ability to travel occasionally for client visits (as needed).
