Our work spans classification and compensation, organizational and operational studies, research and program evaluation, economic and workforce analysis, surveys and community research, and applied data and infrastructure research. We engage experienced practitioners as project-based collaborators. Engagements are remote-first with occasional client travel. When you authorize it, AlphaGov may name you as an expert collaborator or key personnel on proposals that match your expertise. We build ready teams for live pursuits — not speculative staffing banks. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award and final staffing approval. Permission will be requested before including a candidate's name or resume in a proposal. AlphaGov is seeking an Oracle / PeopleSoft ERP Consultant for remote, project-based work with public agencies. There is no guaranteed assignment. What you'll do: Support Oracle or PeopleSoft ERP pursuits and, when awarded, the related functional workstreams Cover finance, HCM, payroll, procurement, or grants modules you have actually delivered Plan configuration, testing, conversion, and cutover from the legacy system the agency is leaving Document interfaces to other agency systems and the data the agency must clean first Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to proposals only when naming is authorized Support agency user testing and go-live readiness Call out module or version limits before a proposal treats them as in scope Apply to be considered. Requirements Required - Hands-on Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or PeopleSoft delivery as a functional lead or senior consultant - Depth in at least one of finance, HCM, payroll, procurement, or grants - Experience with testing, conversion, and cutover - Able to name the product and version you delivered, not a generic ERP claim - Comfortable as a 1099 project-based collaborator, with occasional client travel Nice to have - Public-sector Oracle or PeopleSoft work for a city, county, state, school system, or university - Experience migrating PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud Originally posted on Himalayas
