# Oracle HCM Consultant **People Maketh** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Oracle HCM Project Manager – Recruiting & Journeys Contract: Project-Based / Part-Time Duration: Approximately 8–9 months, through the end of May Estimated Hours: Approximately 245 hours total Start Date: Within the next few weeks Work Arrangement: Remote / Flexible About the Opportunity We are urgently seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager to lead and support an Oracle Recruiting implementation , with a strong preference for candidates who have experience with Oracle Recruiting and Oracle Journeys . This project involves a Taleo to Oracle Recruiting migration/implementation , so candidates with experience managing HCM transformation projects involving Taleo and/or Oracle Recruiting are highly desirable. While direct experience with both platforms would be ideal, strong Oracle HCM or broader HCM Project Management experience will also be considered. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines and deliverables, facilitating communication across stakeholders and project teams, and ensuring the implementation stays on track through completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage project activities for the Taleo to Oracle Recruiting implementation . Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical resources, business stakeholders, and leadership. Facilitate project meetings, status calls, working sessions, and stakeholder communications. Track project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items. Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential schedule or delivery risks. Partner with business and HR stakeholders to ensure requirements, decisions, and deliverables remain aligned. Coordinate testing, issue resolution, deployment/readiness activities, and project closeout as needed. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure effective communication and coordination between the legacy Taleo environment and the future-state Oracle Recruiting solution. Support project governance and ensure key decisions and documentation are appropriately captured. Coordinate activities related to Oracle HCM Journeys , where applicable. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager managing HCM/HR technology implementations . Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations strongly preferred. Experience with Oracle Recruiting implementation projects preferred. Experience with Oracle Journeys preferred. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking. Experience working with HR, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and/or business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a dynamic project environment. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills. Highly Preferred Experience Taleo to Oracle Recruiting implementation or migration experience. Previous experience managing Taleo projects. Previous experience managing Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations. Experience with Oracle HCM Journeys . Experience leading HCM transformation, implementation, or migration initiatives. Experience working with system integrators, implementation partners, or distributed project teams. Engagement Details Start: Within the next few weeks End: End of May Total Estimated Effort: Approximately 245 hours Schedule: Hours will vary from week to week based on project activities, milestones, meetings, and implementation needs. Engagement Type: Project-based contract Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on HCM Project Manager who understands the HR technology landscape and can confidently lead an Oracle Recruiting implementation. Someone with both Taleo and Oracle Recruiting project management experience would be an excellent fit, but candidates with strong Oracle HCM or comparable HCM implementation experience are encouraged to apply. This is an urgent requirement, with the project expected to begin within the next few weeks.
