# Oracle Fusion Solution Architect **ScaleupAlly** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Oracle Fusion Solution Architect Experience: 12+ Years Oracle Fusion Experience: 5+ Full-Cycle Implementations in an Architect Role Engagement: Contract Start: October 2026 / Immediate Location: Dubai, UAE — Onsite Duration: 1 year Role Purpose: We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to act as the single design authority for an end-to-end Oracle Fusion reimplementation .This is a rescue and reimplementation programme , rather than a greenfield implementation. The client has an extensive Oracle Fusion estate with approximately 51 licensed modules , of which only a small proportion has been utilised. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and governing the target Oracle Fusion architecture, converting the approved business to-be process model into a coherent enterprise solution, and establishing the technical path for the retirement of the legacy JD Edwards environment.The Architect will provide design leadership across Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects/PPM, HCM and UAE Payroll , while ensuring that the solution operates as one integrated financial and operating model. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end Oracle Fusion solution architecture across Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects/PPM, HCM and UAE Payroll. Define enterprise structures, including: Legal entities Business units Ledgers Chart of Accounts Intercompany structures Accounting and reporting structures Establish an enterprise-wide Fusion design that enforces a single financial and operating model through configuration. Define and govern configuration standards, design principles and customisation boundaries . Determine when functionality should be handled through standard Fusion configuration versus customisation, extensions or integrations. Act as the overall design authority across programme assurance and governance gates. Review and approve architecture and design decisions at key stages including: Requirements freeze Build acceptance SIT exit UAT exit Go-live readiness and approval Lead and provide direction to functional and technical Oracle Fusion consultants. Resolve and arbitrate cross-module design conflicts and dependencies . Own the overall Fusion environment and instance strategy , including development, testing, UAT and production environments. Define the technical and functional approach for the JDE-to-Fusion transition , including decommissioning, historical data retention and archive requirements. Oversee the integration architecture , particularly Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and ensure appropriate integration patterns are established. Provide architectural oversight for integrations with: Workforce management platforms CRM systems Content/document platforms Legacy applications Other third-party enterprise systems Oversee the data migration architecture , including migration strategy, data mapping, validation and reconciliation. Align Fusion identity, access and security architecture with infrastructure and cybersecurity workstreams. Provide guidance on: SSO Role design Access controls Segregation of Duties (SoD) Security governance Review the existing 51-module Fusion estate and advise on module utilisation, activation and implementation sequencing . Identify modules that are licensed but have not previously been implemented and establish an appropriate implementation roadmap. Ensure the proposed solution aligns with Oracle best practices while remaining consistent with the approved business process model. Support programme leadership with technical risk identification, architectural decisions and resolution of critical issues. Participate in steering committee discussions and present key architecture decisions to senior client stakeholders. Support solutioning, mobilisation activities and proposal finalisation where required. Key Deliverables The Architect will be responsible for producing and/or approving: Oracle Fusion Solution Blueprint Enterprise Structures Design Chart of Accounts / Ledger / Intercompany Architecture Configuration Standards Customisation Boundary Architecture Decision and Design Decision Register Integration Architecture Data Migration Architecture Environment / Instance Strategy JDE Decommissioning and Archive Strategy Cutover Strategy Gate Design Authority Sign-off Packs Architecture governance and assurance documentation Required Experience 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP delivery. Minimum 5 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations in an Architect / Solution Architect capacity. Demonstrable experience owning end-to-end Oracle Fusion architecture rather than working solely as a module consultant. At least one Oracle Fusion rescue, recovery, reimplementation or failed/stalled implementation experience. Strong experience across multiple Fusion pillars, ideally including: Financials Procurement SCM Projects/PPM HCM Payroll Strong experience with multi-entity and multi-company enterprise environments . Proven experience designing enterprise financial structures, ledgers, COA, intercompany and reporting models. Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration architecture. Experience with Oracle Fusion data migration architecture. Experience integrating Fusion with legacy and third-party enterprise applications. Experience with JDE-to-Oracle Fusion migration or transformation is highly desirable. Experience with gated, sign-off-driven programme delivery. Comfortable working within environments involving client-side QA, governance and internal audit oversight . Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Certifications Current Oracle Cloud Implementation Professional certification in at least one Oracle Fusion pillar. Multiple Oracle Fusion certifications across different pillars are strongly preferred. Desirable Experience with JD Edwards World or EnterpriseOne . UAE/GCC Oracle implementation experience. UAE/GCC regulatory and business environment exposure. Experience in waste management, facilities management/services or workforce outsourcing. Arabic language skills. Experience leading large distributed Oracle delivery teams. Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
