The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on Oracle delivery experience and a strong track record in end-to-end implementation and support engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end Oracle implementations, upgrades, and rollouts across Finance, Procurement, or Projects modules. Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct solution design workshops, and translate requirements into functional specifications. Configure Oracle modules in alignment with business processes and best practices. Work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, reporting, and customizations. Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities. Provide functional expertise during issue resolution, stabilization, and hypercare phases. Engage stakeholders across finance, supply chain, and project management functions to ensure successful delivery. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 7+ years of Oracle functional consulting experience (Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud). Strong domain expertise in at least one of the following areas: Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) Oracle Procurement (PO, iProcurement, Sourcing, Inventory) Oracle Projects (Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Resource Management) Proven experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations. Strong understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, or project accounting. Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in large-scale transformation or regional rollouts. Familiarity with integrations and reporting tools. Oracle certification is a plus.
