The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules , finance process transformation, business process mapping, system configuration, integrations, UAT, and end-user training. Banking or Central Banking experience will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead finance process mapping and To-Be process workshops. Analyze existing Oracle EBS configurations, customizations, modules, and APIs. Translate business requirements into Oracle EBS functional requirements. Perform GAP analysis and recommend Oracle EBS solutions with minimal customization. Configure Oracle EBS modules and workflows. Define integration requirements and coordinate with technical/integration teams. Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and UAT support. Troubleshoot functional issues and support production fixes. Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and runbooks. Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer. Required Expertise Oracle EBS Finance General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Subledger Accounting (SLA) Treasury & Cash Management Payments & Bank Reconciliation Fixed Assets Procurement / iProcurement iSourcing / Supplier Management Project Costing Inventory Oracle Workflow Technical & Domain Skills Oracle EBS configuration and functional analysis Oracle EBS integrations and APIs SWIFT / RTGS integration exposure Banking and payment systems Finance & accounting processes IFRS knowledge Process mapping and GAP analysis UAT and functional testing End-user training Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or related field . 10–15+ years of Oracle EBS experience , preferably in Finance. Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementation projects . Strong understanding of accounting, payments, reconciliation, and finance processes. Experience in banking, financial institutions, or central banking is preferred. Oracle EBS certification will be an advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
