Role Description The Oracle Application Manager will oversee the configuration, administration, and optimization of Oracle Applications to support business processes and project delivery. This contract, on-site role in Menlo Park, CA involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into system solutions, and managing application changes and enhancements. The individual will coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring application performance, resolving incidents and service requests, supporting upgrades and patches, and maintaining documentation for configurations and workflows. The role also includes guiding users, refining processes, and contributing to project planning and execution related to Oracle Applications.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Oracle Applications experience
• 5+ years managing Oracle Application Support teams
• Strong Oracle Procurement Cloud and/or Oracle EBS experience
• Purchasing, iProcurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Inventory & Order Management
• Approval Workflows
• Global application support experience
• ITIL, Change Management & Release Management
• SOX compliance and audit controls
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Oracle Cloud Procurement implementation/support
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Oracle BPM & Approval Workflow
• Large-scale Procurement & Supply Chain transformation experience
