Position: OPT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates across OPT categories .
• Build and maintain a strong consultant pipeline for internal hiring.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, referrals, and other social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Understand candidate skills, experience, work authorization, and job preferences.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to support consultant deployment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
