Operations Team Leader
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and lead the Operations team in daily activities Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations Assign tasks and monitor completion of operational activities Coordinate with different departments to address operational concerns Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards Identify operational issues and recommend appropriate solutions Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Assist in improving processes and workflow efficiency Ensure timely completion of operational targets and deliverables JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree is not required ; High School, Senior High School, or College level applicants are welcome With 2–3 years of relevant experience in Operations , preferably with team leadership or supervisory experience Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or corporate environment is an advantage Strong leadership and people-management skills Good communication and coordination skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Willing to work in a fast-paced environment Pay: From Php695.00 per day Work Location: In person
