This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in the design, implementation, and optimisation of our operational support systems. The OSS Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the systems that support our network operations, ensuring seamless telecommunications infrastructure performance and reliability. This position is essential to our business continuity and operational excellence objectives. Key responsibilities Design, deploy and maintain Operational Support Systems (OSS) infrastructure to support network operations and service delivery Monitor and optimise OSS performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime for critical telecommunications systems Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the OSS environment, working collaboratively with network operations teams Implement system upgrades, patches and configuration changes whilst maintaining system stability and security Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for OSS processes, procedures and system architecture Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure OSS components are functioning optimally Perform capacity planning and forecasting to ensure OSS infrastructure can support business growth Provide technical support and training to network operations and administrative staff on OSS tools and systems Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols and operational best practices What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in LTE/5G RF optimization, RAN optimization, or wireless network performance analysis. Familiar with 4G/5G network architecture, RF KPIs, and optimization procedures. Experience in handling 4G/5G Worst Cell List (WCL) analysis, KPI monitoring, coverage optimization, interference analysis, mobility optimization, and parameter optimization. Experience with ZTE wireless equipment or optimization platforms is preferred. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify network issues and propose optimization solutions independently. Good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
