Operations Support Intern – IT & Technology Projects

Currently looking for an enthusiastic and technically inclined Operations Support Intern to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or aspiring technical professional to gain practical, hands-on experience supporting technology deployment projects involving IoT, RFID and other innovative solutions.

The selected candidate will work closely with our technical and operations teams, assisting with equipment preparation, installation, testing, project coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with equipment preparation, configuration and testing.
• Support on-site hardware installation and deployment activities.
• Help troubleshoot basic hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate technical records, deployment checklists and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor project progress and operational requirements.
• Assist with equipment inventory, tracking and reporting.
• Participate in client-site visits and support day-to-day field operations.
• Perform other technical and operational support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or student in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking and technical troubleshooting.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable performing hands-on tasks and visiting project sites.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
