Operations Support

Fresh Factory is looking for an Operation Support to support our daily operations through system management, data processing, reporting, and operational improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of applications/systems based on operational needs.
• Manage databases, SQL queries, and data processing to support operational activities and reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data-based reports for operational monitoring and decision-making.
• Conduct testing and validation of system changes or developments before implementation.
• Monitor system and data-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Support operational analysis and process improvements through data and system solutions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics , or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Operation Support, Business Process, Data Analyst, System Support , or similar roles.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database management .
• Experience with dashboard and reporting tools .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to work WFO in South Jakarta .
