Ltd. Location: Bengaluru Experience: 1–3 years Responsibilities Supervise daily factory operations and workers. Plan production, installation and site activities. Coordinate materials, dispatches and installation teams. Monitor work quality, timelines and worker productivity. Conduct site visits and coordinate with customers and engineers. Provide daily progress reports to management. Requirements Diploma/BTech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Experience in fabrication, construction, interiors or manufacturing. Strong worker-management and coordination skills. Willingness to travel regularly within Bengaluru. Kannada and Hindi required; basic English preferred. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
