Operations Supervisor (Equipment Control Executive)
Handles daily operations and container requirements. Manages empty container inventory, repositioning, releases, and returns. Monitors operational activities and follows up on pending requirements to prevent delays. Processes import empty container pull-out requirements and coordinates with terminals and depots. Prepares daily empty container inventory reports and monitors outstanding equipment. Monitors and follows up on long staying import and unreturned containers. Assists with DEM/DET reporting and CRO releasing. Coordinates with customers, terminals, depots, truckers, and shipping line representatives to resolve operational concerns. Maintains accurate records and monitoring files for reporting and tracking.
