We are looking for a highly organized, sales-minded Operations Supervisor to lead our dispatch and customer service division. This is a 2-person team structure : 1 On-site Supervisor (YOU) 1 Remote Assistant (handles dialing + order support) If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand contractor culture, and can manage dispatch while driving new business — this role is for you. Position Overview: You will oversee daily operations, dispatch coordination, order intake, outbound calls, and customer account growth. This role blends operations, sales, dispatching, and leadership . You will: Supervise and manage a remote assistant Take inbound calls and book orders Dispatch drivers efficiently Handle customer service issues Build and maintain contractor relationships Bring in new commercial accounts Follow up on estimates and outbound leads Maintain repeat customer retention Track quotas and performance metrics What We’re Looking For: Experience in dispatch, logistics, construction, waste management, or contractor sales preferred Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with contractors Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts Leadership ability (small team management) Self-motivated and results-driven Comfortable with CRM systems and call tracking Problem solver with strong follow-through Bonus if you: Have experience in roll-off dumpster rentals Understand contractor timelines and jobsite logistics Have outbound calling or B2B sales experience Compensation: $24–$27 per hour (based on experience) Monthly performance bonuses for hitting revenue & booking quotas Opportunity for growth as the company scales Stable full-time role with long-term opportunity Our Ideal Candidate You understand that contractors don’t want excuses — they want reliability.
