Assist the HOD in manpower planning and daily operations. Lead daily toolbox/pre-operation meetings and ensure compliance with safety procedures, Risk Assessments (RA), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP). Train, mentor, and develop technicians, providing on-the-job technical guidance. Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product testing and servicing. Conduct outdoor installation, servicing, and repair work when required. Inspect customer-returned products for warranty claims and provide technical support to the Sales team. Perform routine safety inspections and report new workplace hazards. Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives (5S & Kaizen). Resolve customer service and maintenance issues, complete related administrative work, and perform other duties assigned by the superior. Job Requirement: NTC 2/3 or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical. At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in supervisory role.
